The second movie in Christopher Nolan’s Batman series, “The Dark Knight,” came out in 2008. With Christian Bale in the lead role, “The Dark Knight” shows a more mature and advanced Batman than “Batman Begins.” “The Dark Knight” is the best movie based on a comic book because the actors are all so good and the ending is something no one would expect. Acting

The most famous thing about the movie is how scary Heath Ledger made the Joker, the most famous Batman foe, look. Ledger, who died before the movie came out, won an Oscar for the part after he died. Ledger played the Joker in a way that was different from the silly and childlike versions seen in other movies. You really have no idea what he will do next. He is the perfect opposite of Christian Bale’s Batman, who is all about planning and strategy. Heath Ledger’s Joker is no longer just a figure on a page; he has brought the criminal to life. All of the scary things he does, like blowing up hospitals and putting people in impossible scenarios, make sense. This makes them even scarier. His performance set the standard for future comic book bad guys. Ledger’s Joker is not only the best Joker but also the best comic book bad guy ever portrayed in a movie.

The Villain in the Film

Two-Face, also known as Harvey Dent, is played by Aaron Eckhart. He doesn’t start out as a bad guy at all. People often call him Gotham’s “white knight,” and as the city’s district attorney, the people of Gotham put their trust in him. Batman even thinks that he can give up being Batman if he can help Dent with his job. Dent’s change from hero to bad guy is one of the best and most overlooked parts of the movie. When I saw the movie on spacemov for the first time, I had no idea that it would change. It really shocked me and made me look at the movie in a whole new way. When I watch a movie again, I’m always surprised by how slowly Harvey Dent turns into a really bad guy. Eckhart does a great job of playing both Gotham’s golden boy and the scary Two-Face. This makes the character’s change even more dramatic. Dent is an important part of the movie, and it wouldn’t be the same without him, even though Ledger’s Joker steals the show. The group is probably the biggest reason why the movie did well, but I think the ending is what really made it a classic.

Ending

“The Dark Knight” doesn’t end on a happy note like every other comic book movie. Batman is the quiet defender and dark hero who works behind the scenes. Batman was able to save the city, but not himself. He took the blame for something he didn’t do because he knew that was what the city needed to grow. The ending isn’t normal, especially for a superhero movie, but that’s what makes it so amazing. In the end, Batman wasn’t a hero in the usual sense. He just did what he had to do. He is a real star because of this.

Final Word

The Dark Knight, like its predecessor, knows exactly what it wants to do and how it wants to do it, and it does it well. And the best part is that it looks so damn good while doing it, thanks a lot to cameraman Wally Pfister’s beautiful shots and Nolan’s clear direction. At 152 minutes, The Dark Knight is a long movie. When it came out, it was the longest Batman movie ever made. However, it is a movie that deserves to be called an epic. Whether you’re a beginner or a longtime fan, there’s a lot to enjoy and a lot of meat on the bone.
